Data protection

The processing of the personal data you provide to AUDI AG is essentially governed by the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Under this Act, data collection, processing, transfer and utilisation (hereinafter referred to as use of data) is permissible if allowed by the BDSG or other statutory regulations or if the person concerned has given his/her consent.

For some purposes that go beyond the actual contractual and support relationship, a statutory data protection consent declaration is included in your particular contract and/or the response elements of the advertising materials from the Audi dealers and AUDI AG.

If you do not sign this consent declaration when agreeing the contract or if you withdraw it at a later date, the Audi Partners and AUDI AG undertake only to use your data within the strict limitations permitted by law.
